Manjunatha Muniyappa, also known as Manju, is a Content Services specialist who is passionate about digitizing the world and helping customers unlock the power of data. With over 15 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a Senior Solutions Engineer at ripcord, where he is responsible for helping clients discover the power of data using Robotics in combination with AI and ML. This is the world's first initiative of its kind and Manju is proud to be a part of it. Manju has a strong background in software development and integration and has worked with several notable companies in the past, including american unit, inc and mr. cooper. As a Solutions Architect at american unit, inc, he managed project planning, resource allocation, scope, schedule, status, and documentation. He also architected the integration of several B2B applications and implemented enterprise-level records management to follow regulation and reduce the overall content size by 50%. At mr. cooper, he directed software design and development across a multifaceted team to meet client needs for functionality, timeline, and performance. He also conceptualized, designed, and implemented more than 8 web-based solutions and built an outstanding and dynamic team of 7 software engineers and developers which significantly boosted the overall success of the organization. Manju holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from nie, mysore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ghousia college of engineering. He is skilled in AI, ML, Integration, Azure, and Web technologies and is always looking for new ways to improve his skills and knowledge. He is passionate about helping customers untrap the data, gain valuable insights out of the data, and automate the downstream business processes.
